CUSTOMER SERVICE

Your order is as important to us as it is to you. Our in-house customer service department will be happy to assist you with any queries or other issues relating to your order. Remember, all queries are answered in the order in which they are received, and as a result, delays occur from time to time. Requests made outside of standard weekday business hours will be addressed as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHODS

Many factors play a role in the time it takes for an international shipment to arrive at your door, but we do everything we can to help ensure these times are as quick as possible. When placing an order, you can select from the following shipping options:

Priority Mail (6 – 10 Business Days*): This service is very popular for smaller, lighter packages. After clearing the custom’s inspection process, orders are delivered by the local mail service. This includes step-by-step tracking information, so you can follow the progress of your order all the way to your front door.

Priority Mail Express (3 – 5 Business Days*): Priority express shipping is the fastest shipping method available to our international customers. Shipping times are incredibly fast, with most orders arriving at your country’s customs agency very quickly. Priority also offers more tracking visibility, which allows you to check the status on your order at any time.

*Not all shipping methods are available in all countries and times given are an average for international delivery. Actual shipping time to your country’s customs agency may vary and a more specific time frame for your country will be provided during the checkout process. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Note: International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from Legionathletics.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country. From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. If you do get charged an additional fee, the carrier will expect payment at the time of delivery. If you refuse the shipment because of these charges, or if an order is rejected by customs due to item restrictions, or if the order is returned because the local post is unable to locate your address, we can refund you for the cost of the products (which does not include any shipping or return shipping fees) once the package is returned and processed by our warehouse. Please note that packages returned by customs can sometimes take a very long time to return, and in extreme circumstances can take as long as one year.

RETURN POLICY

We offer a full refund on the purchase price of any of our exclusive formulas (minus shipping) any time within 60 days of your purchase. We do not require the return of unused product for a refund on the first bottle of any formula purchased. However, for fraud protection, we require the return of product for any refunds beyond the first bottle. This guarantee valid for all LEGION™ formulas, with the exception of WHEY+, which is required to be returned to qualify for a refund.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN MERCHANDISE

We make every effort to safely secure and ship your order, but understand that, on rare occasion, merchandise can be damaged in transit. If you feel that your order was damaged during delivery, report it immediately and a representative will contact you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

 BACK ORDERS

Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory on all of our products, there’s a small chance that supply may not always keep up with demand. In this event, you will receive an email letting you know and outlining our potential options for further course of action with 3 to 5 business days.

DELAYS

Orders are typically shipped within 48-72 business hours. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order. If an email receipt is not received, contact Consumer Affairs for verification. Be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control. Please allow up to 7 to 12 business days for delivery.

✚ Which items are eligible for international shipping?

We offer international shipping for all of our products.

✚ When will I receive my order? How much does International shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the package and its final destination. To determine the shipping cost, add an item to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Upon entering your shipping address and payment info, the international shipping cost will be displayed (prior to purchase).

✚ How will I be charged for my international order?

We currently accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

You can check the status of any order by visiting the Order History section of your account. An email notification with tracking information will be sent to you as well when your package has shipped.

✚ What is your return/exchange policy for international orders?

We do accept international returns, but we do not pay for return shipping. We recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped by other means.
