Legion Triton Ingredient (4 grams per serving)

VivoMega 100% Reesterified Triglyceride Oil (4,000 milligrams per serving)

Fish oil is the oil extracted from fatty fish like anchovies, sardines, and mackerel. It’s rich in the omega-3 fatty acids EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), which are essential fats you need to get from food or supplements.

VivoMega is a 100% reesterified triglyceride fish oil that delivers EPA and DHA in their natural triglyceride form, which is better absorbed than the cheaper ethyl ester form commonly used in lower-quality fish oils.

It’s also purified at low temperatures in an oxygen-free environment, which helps keep oxidation levels well below industry norms—up to 75% lower than the International Fish Oil Standards (IFOS) 5-star limits and up to 80% lower than the limits set by the Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega‑3s (GOED).

That matters because the compounds responsible for the fishy taste, smell, and “fish burps” in most fish oil supplements are oxidation byproducts—so the less oxidation, the fresher the oil and the better the experience.

To further control taste and smell, VivoMega is produced with a proprietary method called VivoSens that uses gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to identify, measure, and limit the compounds responsible for off-flavors and odors.

VivoMega fish oil is also exceptionally pure, with levels of heavy metals, PCBs, and dioxins far below industry standards. For example, it contains up to 50 times less cadmium, 33 times less lead, and 9 to 18 times fewer PCBs than the maximum levels allowed by IFOS and GOED.

Research shows that supplementation with fish oil . . .

  • Supports healthy lipids[8][9]
  • Supports healthy body composition[10][11]
  • Improves mood, memory, and cognitive performance[12][13]
  • Decreases exercise-induced muscle soreness[14][15]

The clinically effective dose of fish oil depends on its EPA and DHA content, with most research centering on 2,000–3,000 mg of combined EPA and DHA per day.[16][17][18]

Triton contains 4,000 mg of fish oil per serving, providing 2,400 mg of EPA and DHA.

100% Reesterified Triglyceride Oil

No Artificial Food Dyes, Fillers, or Other Unnecessary Junk

Artificial food dyes and fillers may not be as dangerous as some people claim, but studies show they can cause negative effects in some people, including gastrointestinal toxicity and behavioral disorders.[19][20][21][22][23]

That’s why we use natural coloring derived from fruits and other foods as well as naturally derived ingredients for enhancing shelf life and facilitating the manufacturing process.

No Artificial Food Dyes or Other Chemical Junk
