Cole received his Doctor of Medicine and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University.
During his time at Emory University, he co-founded a social startup called Calabash, which improved the quality of healthcare in rural parts of Africa by raising funds through the sale of reusable, stainless steel water bottles.
