Get—and stay—in the best shape of your life without spending hours slaving away in the gym, crash dieting, or giving up all of the foods you love.
No matter how genetically "cursed" you might think you are, we'll help you build muscle, lose fat, and learn how to maintain those results for the rest of your life—in as little as 12 weeks or your money back.
We understand the world of online coaching can seem murky. What’s included, exactly? Who will you be in touch with? How much help will you receive?
That’s why when you work with us, there are no hidden caveats, costs, or conditions. You’ll know precisely what you’re getting before signing on the dotted line.
Here's how the coaching process works, from top to bottom:
First, you'll need to book a free consultation. During this call, we’ll review your goals, training and diet history, what obstacles are holding you back from where you want to be, and ultimately help you to decide which service will be best for you.
After deciding which program will be the best fit, we’ll pair you with one of our world-class coaches. You’ll also be connected with our Lead Coach, who’ll be on hand throughout the program should you need any extra help, and a member of our dedicated meal plan team.
You’ll also gain access to our 10,000-strong Facebook community of like-minded individuals, Team Legion. In short, support is always within reach.
Once you’re connected to your coach, you’ll complete a short-yet-detailed questionnaire, which covers everything we need to know about you: your training history, what equipment and gym access you have available, your dietary requirements, your goals, and more.
We'll use this information to create a plan based on your aspirations, needs, and preferences. There'll be no cookie-cutter programs here.
Though straightforward and practical, our coaching programs are comprehensive, and the different tiers are designed to offer the amount of support that is best suited to your needs (from basic targets and accountability, up to tailored programs and in-depth reviews).
Each program includes three or more of the following:
How much support you receive in any one area is up to you.
You can review our programs below, then book a friendly chat with a Legion consultant—free-of-charge—to determine how much support you need.
A primary driver of success for our clients is the structured help and accountability we provide.
Throughout the program, your coach will be in touch with you in several ways:
In other words, we’re always on hand—you can opt for as much accountability and one-on-one support as you feel is necessary.
And the best part? Aside from calls and emails, all of this will be delivered in an easy-to-use app. There’ll be no messy paperwork or cumbersome spreadsheets to submit.
Upon completion of the program, there are two options:
We'll even reach out a few months down the road to ensure you're maintaining the progress you've made and you're able to find any educational materials that you need.
We want you to maintain your results for life.
We’ve helped people of ALL ages, circumstances, and needs, so don’t worry—no matter how complicated or hopeless you might think your situation is, we’ll have a solution and we’ll get results.
Here's just a small sample of people we've helped get into the best shape of their lives:
We’ve put a lot of thought and work into developing our services because we want them to be, hands down, the BEST online fitness coaching programs available.
We also recognize that not all our clients require the same level of programming and accountability, so that’s why we offer three types of services:
“I am fitter, stronger, and more agile. I lost more body fat and gained more definition and strength than I expected. My results exceeded my initial expectations!”
Ron E. (62 years old)
“The loss of inches/fat is transforming and going from size 12/14 to size 4 is GREAT!”
Heidi B. (57 years old)
“This program has marked a shift in the way I'm thinking about my training and diet long term. I'm building a program to drive longevity now. I'll have the tool kit I need for the rest of my life. Grateful for this program and a believer in the system. If you maintain strict compliance and discipline, you can't help but experience changes!”
Andy B. (51 years old)
"I feel more confident and I feel better in my clothes. I really enjoyed Legion’s online coaching program. I think the layout is perfect!"
Carla B. (36 years old)
"I am more confident with my physique. I feel healthy and more energetic. Following this program helped me develop a routine for my daily schedule. I am able to plan my workouts, meals, college classes, and personal life more effectively and consistently."
Nick C. (24 years old)
“I have more energy and confidence. I feel like I found the secret to success. I’d recommend Legion coaching to anyone who is serious about getting fit and in shape. It is hard work but anything in life worth having is hard work!”
Sarah P. (45 years old)

If you don’t like something of ours, guess what happens next?
No, we don’t request you deliver it to a PO box in the Gobi Desert by carrier pigeon. Nor do we ask you to fill a cursed inkwell with orc’s blood and demon saliva and with it complete reams of return forms written in ancient Cyrillic script.
We just . . . wait for it . . . give you your money back. Holy moo cows. And that means you can say "yes" now and decide later. You really have nothing to lose.
Many companies use shipping and handling fees to increase their profit margins, but here at Legion, we hate profits, so our shipping is free!
Okay, so we do dig on profits, but we also go in for happy customers, and free shipping works like gangbusters. So, if you live in the United States, your order ships free regardless of order size, and if you live elsewhere, your order ships free when it’s over $199.
Why the restriction on international orders? Unfortunately, shipping abroad is very expensive, and if we didn’t require a minimum order size, we’d lose a lot of money. But! We're also hustling to improve our international logistics and will be passing our savings along to our international customers.
Also, if you don’t absolutely love our stuff for whatever reason, we don’t request you deliver it to a PO box in the Gobi Desert by carrier pigeon.
We just . . . wait for it . . . give you your money back. No returns. No forms. No nonsense. Holy moo cows.
That means you can say “yes” now and decide later. You really have nothing to lose.

You need more than great ingredients to make great products—you also need proper doses. That’s why we use the precise doses of ingredients shown to be effective in peer-reviewed scientific studies.
“Natural” doesn’t always mean “better,” but in many cases, natural ingredients are superior to artificial ones for various reasons, including purity, safety, and efficacy.
That’s why all of our ingredients in all of our products come from plant and animal sources, including sweeteners, colors, and flavors.

That’s why we test every ingredient of every supplement we produce for heavy metals, microbes, allergens, and other contaminants and ensure they meet the strict purity standards set by the FDA.
While artificial sweeteners may not be as dangerous as some people claim, studies suggest that regular consumption of these chemicals may indeed be harmful to our health.
