First, you'll need to book a free consultation. During this call, we’ll review your goals, training and diet history, what obstacles are holding you back from where you want to be, and ultimately help you to decide which service will be best for you.
After deciding which program will be the best fit, we’ll pair you with one of our world-class coaches. You’ll also be connected with our Lead Coach, who’ll be on hand throughout the program should you need any extra help, and a member of our dedicated meal plan team.
You’ll also gain access to our 10,000-strong Facebook community of like-minded individuals, Team Legion. In short, support is always within reach.
Once you’re connected to your coach, you’ll complete a short-yet-detailed questionnaire, which covers everything we need to know about you: your training history, what equipment and gym access you have available, your dietary requirements, your goals, and more.
We'll use this information to create a plan based on your aspirations, needs, and preferences. There'll be no cookie-cutter programs here.

Alaina is a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) personal trainer and nutrition coach and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. She’s been coaching for years in a variety of formats: in-person and online, one-on-one and group training; high school and college football and athletics, and big-box commercial gyms.
Outside of fitness, Alaina is an avid sports fan who loves football and the UFC. She’s originally from Kansas City, Missouri, and is a huge Kansas City Chiefs fan.
Before coaching full time, Eva worked in a professional capacity as an orthopaedic surgical nurse. While working as a nurse, Eva trained clients on the side, and once she was ready to turn her passion into a career, she took the leap to become a full-time coach and has loved every minute.
Eva has trained hundreds of men and women from all over the world, and continues to further her studies, having gained coaching certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and Precision Nutrition.
Eva also has an extensive background in Tae Kwon Do. She’s attained the rank of sixth Dan, has run a school of over 200 students, and was on the board of directors for a tournament league responsible for organizing events with over 2,000 competitors.
Transitioning to coaching from a background in software engineering, management, and personnel training, Henry balances the elements of an accomplished coach—being studious, empowering, and supportive—with an impressive attention to detail.
Henry also has decades of experience in fitness and has pursued many different sports: endurance cycling, traditional strength training, and martial arts—attaining the rank of third Dan in Jidokwan, one of the original nine schools of Tae Kwon Do.
A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, he also holds coaching certificates from the International Sports Sciences Academy, with a specialization certificate in Bodybuilding, and the Online Trainer Academy. Henry focuses his coaching on building muscle, cutting body fat, and, most importantly, ensuring that his client’s results last a lifetime. Education is a cornerstone of Henry’s coaching philosophy.
Jamie first joined Legion as a coaching client, after being diagnosed with osteoporosis and deciding that she needed to make some critical lifestyle changes.
Fast forward a few years, and Jamie was not only hugely successful in her coaching program, but changed the trajectory of her health for the rest of her life. As a result, she joined our team of coaches to inspire others to take control of their wellbeing, just like she did.
Besides being an ISSA certified coach, Jamie is also a qualified physician assistant, Senior Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher, and owner of two yoga studios.
Jeff is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), is pursuing a master’s in human performance and nutrition, and has competed in two bodybuilding shows. He also runs the Mind Muscle Connection podcast, which has featured guests such as Dr. Mike Israetel, Dr. Bill Campbell, and Steve Hall.
Jeff’s coaching ethos is simple: He’s not your boss, he’s your guide. He views coaching as a collaborative experience and seeks to prepare his clients for long-term success and self-reliance.
Jordan has lived and breathed strength training for a decade now and, at a bodyweight of 198 pounds, has attained impressive lifts in the process: a 465-pound back squat one-rep max, a 545-pound deadlift three-rep max, and a 315-pound bench press two-rep max.
Jordan is also an ACTION certified personal trainer, qualified project management professional, and has a thriving career in healthcare analytics.

Laura has been coaching one-on-one and teaching group fitness classes for over twenty-five years. She’s certified with the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Personal Training, Athletic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Group Fitness, has Plant-Based Nutrition certifications through Precision Nutrition and Cornell University, and has been following a plant-based diet for several years.
Besides her extensive coaching background and education, Laura has also worked as a Director of Personal Training—running teams of in-person coaches in privately owned studios—and continues to teach live online fitness classes to participants all over the world.
Outside of coaching and management, Laura loves to study and write about anything related to habit-setting and behaviour-change, as she believes that these are essential to lasting success with one’s health and wellbeing.
After radically transforming his physique with the training and nutrition principles in Bigger Leaner Stronger, Luke made the switch from a corporate career into the world of fitness coaching.
Now, Luke is one of Legion’s most seasoned coaches. Not only has he spent years working one-on-one with myriad clients, he’s continued his education by gaining qualifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Precision Nutrition, and a Yin Yoga certification.
Outside of work, Luke loves Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, mindfulness meditation, playing guitar, and song writing. He’s an avid reader and enjoys books on behaviour-change, psychology, biographies, and personal development.
Nick has been coaching for over a decade and began his career working as a face-to-face trainer while studying exercise science at Old Dominion University. Once Nick finished his formal studies, he transitioned into online coaching and put his in-person experience to use with clients all over the world.
Nick has worked with hundreds of clients one-on-one, ranging from complete novices to advanced trainees to older folks enjoying their “twilight years” of strength training. Besides his coaching experience, Nick has written for and been featured on several fitness sites: Muscle and Strength, the PTDC, Syatt Fitness, JMAX Fitness, and Bach Performance.
Perry has been coaching for forty years and has worked as an athletic director and trainer at Illinois High School, supporting an array of teams and athletes. In 2016, Perry was inducted into the Lake County Athletic Hall of Fame for his work, leadership, and commitment to athletics.
Besides his time in Illinois, Perry has worked one-on-one with clients in big box gyms and spent several years furthering his education. Perry is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), has a bachelor’s degree in physical education, and a master’s degree in educational administration.
Since starting as a coach, Ryan has continued to educate himself with the latest fitness research, earning certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Precision Nutrition, and the Online Trainer Academy. And with a decade of personal training under his belt, Ryan has helped hundreds of men and women transform their bodies and minds for the long haul.
Alongside his coaching success, Ryan has worked as a rehab and exercise therapist for several years at Joliet Medical Centre under the licence of a chiropractor and physician. As a result, Ryan takes a measured yet persistent approach to training and nutrition, helping his clients to progress quickly and safely.
