How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?
9 1/2 months.
What has happened so far on the program?
I cut for 9 months. Every 6 weeks I deloaded.
I lost 27-28 lbs of fat and little to none muscle.
My weighted chest dips went up from 88 lbs to 121 lbs but back down to 110 lbs.
My machine incline bench press went up significantly, from 200 lbs for 5 reps to 265 for 7 reps.
What workout split from the book did you use?
Monday – Chest Triceps
Wednesday – Shoulders
Saturday – Legs, Traps, and Biceps
What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?
When you are exposed to sound fitness advice you become weary of the industry. But I read the reviews and they seem very genuine and I watched the videos and just thought there is no way this book is gonna let me down.
What do you like most about the program?
The efficacy of it, the simplicity of it, and the sincerity of it.
The results were slow at first, but that’s usually my perception of things. The photos of that time show that I was losing weight at a good pace. At 9 months I felt amazing. I mean I feel totally different walking around without all that excess fat.
How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?
Bigger Leaner Stronger trumps all the other programs I’ve dipped my finger in, they are just so full of magic voodoo ritualistic weight loss lol like no carbs at night. 6 meals a day, pray to the God of Keto 3 times daily. Yeah not really for me, lol! But Bigger Leaner Stronger rises above all that nonsense.
How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?
I feel more focused. I’m more active and involved in my kid’s life. My wife is more attractive to me, that’s a bonus.
Who would you recommend this program to and why?
I would recommend the female version of Bigger Leaner Stronger, Thinner Leaner Stronger to my sister. She actually lost 6 stone of fat through dieting, deficit. But it’s time for her to tone up so I will be getting it for her and encourage her to make time for training.

This is just the beginning for me, I turned 30 in January and I want my best body ever. I want to smash it this year and drop down from 15% to 10% body fat.
