Legion first caught my attention early on in my "fitness journey" when I started to realize how shady the supplement industry is and was unwilling to throw money at ineffective products. Appreciation for evidence-based practice in the supplement world is rare. Legion not only references clinical research when crafting their products, but continue to improve those products as new research comes out. Not to mention the full disclosure of all ingredients used in their products (another rarity in supplements) -- Legion is transparent down to what cows in Ireland are supplying the milk for WHEY+ protein.
