How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

3 months of progress. In the first picture I weighed 198 lbs and was around 25% body fat and in the second one, I weighed 154 lbs and was around 19%.

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut in a heavy-duty mode the first month and a half and afterward, I started bulking slightly.

What workout split from the book did you use?

I use a 3 day split with cardio days in between.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

While I haven’t tried anything in the past, after I received the book as a gift it changed my perspective on fitness and life in general. It dawned on me that living a fulfilling life depends a lot on taking care of yourself.

What do you like most about the program?

I found your program easy enough to follow so I went all in. The results came out better than expected. I hoped for a 22 pounds loss in 2-3 months, it was actually double. Well, you can imagine my surprise.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I’ve never been on a diet before and my workouts were close to none. Your program was a kick start for my metabolism and the results were quick to follow.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I must say it changed my life pretty significantly. Some people look at me as if I had plastic surgery (I’m not even joking). Besides the renewed confidence you get from all the smiles I receive lately, I also feel much better physically. I sleep better, I feel I have more energy and most of all, I really enjoy my life.

All of my friends, be they fit or not.

If you muster the inner strength to change your life you will definitely do it.
