How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

An entire year of working out. Starting at my lowest of 133 lbs and with a fish of 15 lbs of weight gain in muscle, I reached it in a year! 18% body fat approx.

What has happened so far on the program?

I didn’t have to cut in fact I had to intake nich now calories as suggested by Thinner Leaner Stronger . I was to eat 2,400 calories per day and I worked out every single day for the beginning 6 months. Since I became so fit I lost a lot of extra tissue so in December I got bilateral breast augmentation and that set me back a couple months as far as working out and I’m still not fully up to par but I have now gained 15 lbs of muscle as I had hoped to do from the beginning and I’m beyond happy with my results.

What workout split from the book did you use?

I would like to think I did the 3-day split but in actuality since my surgery working out has been a bit more sporadic as I feel that I am sore longer now. So I go to the gym and max out, take two days in between, and go max out again.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Actually, I was extremely confident in buying the book. I had originally been looking at reviews for another health and fitness program when one of the reviews mentioned Thinner Leaner Stronger and Mike Matthews and said that they had tried the other workout program and that the Thinner Leaner Stronger was hands down the Bible so that’s how I ended up making the right choice and purchasing Thinner Leaner Stronger from Mike Matthews.

What do you like most about the program?

I like how I just wake up and do what I have to do. Once I was able to read the book and comprehend what I was supposed to be doing I just wake up and go through the motions of the day and have less of a hard time with keeping the course because it’s nothing I have to even think about.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

This program is the Bible, it is the first, the last, and the always.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I now reach out and help other people in their health and fitness journeys. This entire program has changed how I view myself not only physically but how strong I know I am now mentally and my entire mind body and spirit trifecta have had such positive impacts I feel as though I’m on top of the world.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I would recommend this program to absolutely anybody and everybody. It’s easy to understand, it’s easy to follow, and if anybody has the drive they can do it.

I just like to think Mike Matthews and his team for the opportunity to share my story and just let everybody know how truly amazing and life-changing this series really is.
