How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

Week 8 (31.9% body fat and 158 lbs) and Week 52 (22.5% body fat and 127.5 lbs)

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut for a total of 55 weeks before I went to maintenance for 6 weeks (had 3 vacations. I wanted to stay on track but not be cutting to enjoy it more).

In one year I lost 33 lbs, 11.7% body fat (moving from overweight to fit the category), 5.8 BMI (moving from overweight to normal) and 6 inches in my stomach.

I have never been this strong or felt this healthy in my life. Deadlifts started at 85 and now at 130. Squats started at 85 and now at 135.

What workout split from the book did you use?

4-day split

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing, I was excited to get it! I basically took notes and highlighted like it was a project.

What do you like most about the program?

I love the strength I’ve gained and the confidence that I (as a woman) can lift too. I love how tone my body is.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Structured weight training helped me more than just going to workout classes for cardio or running outside (which I hated anyway). I love that I am still able to eat the foods I love while still losing weight and being healthy.

I’ve accomplished so much, and I haven’t hated my life while doing it.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I am way more confident. After having a couple kids, going through a stressful time in life where I turned to food, and turning 30, this was what I needed to get back on track and love my body.

I have more energy and I am so dedicated to the workouts and nutrition its not even a second thought anymore. I never thought I would be the person seeking the gym while I travel but it has become a very important thing every time we take a trip.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I would recommend it to anyone, especially women, who have “tried everything” but hated their life while doing it. This is so empowering to be able to see results.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

You HAVE to learn patience though. Slow and steady! If you do it at the right pace, your long-lasting results will be so worth it.

We’ve never missed a family pizza night, we enjoy going to the gym together, and I am healthier physically and mentally because of this.

Did you use any Legion supplements?

No.
