How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

I started the Bigger Leaner Stronger program at 230 lbs and around 30%-35% Body Fat. Over the course of 8 months, I was able to finish my cut at my current numbers of 151.6 lbs for a total loss of nearly 80 lbs at an estimated 8% Body Fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut for the entire 8 months and when I got down to 10% I stated incorporating refeed days. I am just now starting my bulk and in a reverse diet now, trying to find my new TDEE. I lost an overall number of 78.4 lbs. I look forward to seeing how my numbers improve on big lifts once I find my bulking calories.

Although even during the cut I was consistently adding weight to the bar each week and progressively overloading my muscles. I am new to weightlifting so I’m sure that’s why. I also did all my training fasted and used Forge, Pulse, Phoenix pre-workout (I use all the supplements from Legion i.e. GenesisWhey+Casein+LunarTritonTriumph)

What workout split from the book did you use?

5-day split

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Tried many other things in the past and was listening to “bro-science”. Purchased the book and read it over and over (still, read it from time to time along with all of Mike’s other books)

What do you like most about the program?

The program was not “easy” but it was clear and that’s important. The results came way faster than I expected. I applied both the nutrition (very strict) and workout program –the weight fell off and my body composition completely changed.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Other programs aren’t as clear. Mike gives you food ideas and you then weight the foods and make sure they fit in your macros. I worked hard to eat all healthy foods and absolutely 0 junk food. I also didn’t incorporate any cheat meals during my cut.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

100% more confident. I often would try to be more like others and “fit” in and now I’m myself. It’s given me the ability to really be more comfortable without approval from others. I can’t thank MFL / Legion enough for how they’ve made me “happy” and isn’t that what we all want?

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

Everyone. I literally recommend it to everyone I’m often asked about my weight loss because it’s so dramatic and I tell people all the time it was Bigger Leaner Stronger /Legion–I’ve sent the link to the book at least 50 times.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Anyone, yes anyone can do it. The results will come if the commitment is made. It’s just about what’s most important.

Did you use any Legion supplements?

Literally, all of them with the exception of Ascend and Fortify–just haven’t tried it yet.
