How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

There are four months between the pictures. My approximate body fat percentage before the program was 19% and now is down to approximately 14%.

What has happened so far on the program?

I only did the cut so far, so from the full 4 months, I lost 20 lbs. I have not lost any strength on any of my lifts during this time.

What workout split from the book did you use?

I did the 5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I wasn’t that hesitant on buying the book, since I am always willing to try something new if I can see better results.

What do you like most about the program?

The results were amazing of course, but the most important thing I got out of the book was the nutritional information. I didn’t know how my results could change so easily if you just calculate your macros correctly.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I’ve never really done a strength training program, but after trying it I definitely enjoyed it and will continue to work it in going forward.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

Since I learned so much nutritional information behind this, I started eating much healthier overall and feel amazing. My memory has improved and I feel more energetic getting out of bed.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I would recommend this program to anyone that has the dedication to stick to it and who wants to see real results. The cutting program really does work as long as you can stick to it.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Just the fact that the program is great by itself, but it is important for people to know that parts of it can be modified while still seeing great results.

Did you use any Legion supplements?

I used Pulse from the beginning which was great, I didn’t feel any crash and was very energized throughout my workouts. I also added in Forge after month 2 to help break through the “Alpha” phase. I didn’t see any slow-down of fat loss while hitting the stubborn areas.
