What has happened so far on the program?

For starters, I feel great! I have confidence that the time I am spending in the gym is effective. Before reading the program I wasn’t sure if my workouts were really helping me build muscle. I figured if the guys creating the workouts were big it must work. Boy was I wrong…Now I know for a fact my workouts are effective.

Since starting this program, I realized how little I knew about nutrition and fitness. It seems the more I read the more I realize I was doing all the wrong things. However, it is refreshing to finally have a credible source I can refer back to when I am making decisions that relate to fitness. In others words, I’m glad I finally have a solid foundation.

What do you like most about the program?

I love being able to lift more weight week after week. It keeps me motivated and eager to push harder.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

The hardest part was realizing that I had to calculate my macros. At the time I didn’t fully understand the benefits but after reading the book I had a better understanding of the concept. Once I accepted that the rest wasn’t as hard.

2. People ask me for advice all the time. Pretty cool!

3. I’ve implemented the lean concept in all aspects of my life. For example, my wardrobe. There is an awesome website I visit that teaches men how to get the most out of their clothes.
