What has happened so far on the program?

The program is not easy… It gets easier once you are in a groove but at first, well… It kind of sucks. Ha! But so far on the program I have made muscle gains throughout my entire body, even people sometimes at the grocery store comment about how my arms look (they are small but pretty darn toned). I also have lost give or take 8 lbs, which doesn’t sound like an extreme amount but I feel like I’m definitely displacing fat with muscle.

What do you like most about the program?

What I like most about the program is that it’s cut and dry, black and white… You do this and you do this and you’ll see results. At points I would feel discouraged and feel like nothing was happening but giving up and starting something else (like I’ve done a thousand times before) never worked for me.. Eventually you get burnt out of everything but you have to keep on keepin’ on. Ha!

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

If anything kept me from getting the book and starting the program it was the fact that I literally have tried like every diet out there, even this really nasty cabbage soup one. And yeah, I lost weight for a little but it would always return. I was looking more for a toned and muscular look anyhow, and wasn’t sure how to achieve it.

What are three other benefits of the program?

With the program I love how you get a cheat meal! It gives me something to look forward to each week and keeps me focused. I really like that you aren’t constantly hungry, that hunger pang you get with a lot of diets is terrible and it makes you want to quit. I also like that this isn’t just a diet and an exercise routine it’s more of a lifestyle change, to the extent that I don’t ever want to go back to how I used to feel when I didn’t work out and I ate foods that were bad for me. Now, I don’t only feel good about my appearance I feel good about my health. This program has taught me the fundamentals and I know that I’ll be able to continue those for the rest of my life.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Would I recommend this program? You bet! In fact, I don’t even know how many meal/exercise plans I’ve wrote out for people (based on this program) or how many people I have had buy the book. Anytime someone compliments me or tells me that I am in great shape I always say “and you can too!” and then proceed to tell them what I’ve been doing. Haha I sort of feel like a spokes person 😉

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Honestly, I am just so so so happy to be at this point with my body. About 4 years ago I went through a lot and I was 150 lbs and unhealthy and extremely unhappy, and to be where I am right now makes me so proud of myself. I am now 116 lbs, I eat super healthy, I feel energetic and am really happy with my progress. So thank you for the book! 🙂
