How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

Three months in between pictures. 213 pounds and 17% body fat in the first picture. 196 pounds 9% body fat in the second picture.

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut for about 11 weeks and lost around 8%. I maintained a 25% calorie deficit and slowly worked it down from there until I reached a body fat percentage that I was happy with. I didn’t lose much strength. On the day I sent my photos I was still benching 300, squatting 400, and deadlifting 375.

What workout split from the book did you use?

5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

This was actually the first real fitness book I’ve read. I’ve read many other books and this is by far one of the best.

What do you like most about the program?

The 5-day split was really easy and simple to follow along with.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

This is by far the best in terms of how you break down the diet and explain it.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

Definitely more confident and not afraid to take the shirt off.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

Absolutely and because you don’t need to be an expert at lifting and dieting to follow it.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Read then re-read the book.

Did you use any Legion supplements?

Forge, Pulse, Casein, and Triton.
