What has happened so far on the program?

So far it’s been great. I’ve incorporated the food into my normal routine now. The workouts I’ve grown to love and really look forward to.

What do you like most about the program?

I like that its educational, doable and not a bunch of ludicrous junk no one can follow through with.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I almost didn’t start because I was fearful I couldn’t do it. Once I made up my mind that I wanted to really get lean and do the work it [Thinner, Leaner, Stronger] was the perfect book to educate and guide me.

What are three other benefits of the program?

One is that it gives you perfect macro ratios. Two, its so informative. I find myself rereading sections regularly. Third, it works!

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Yes absolutely. I’ve already recommended to a lot of friends who’ve heard and read way too much dieting crap that they are either starving themselves or just are totally clueless about what they need to do to achieve their ideal body.
