What has happened so far on the program?

I went from 140lbs to 130lbs in 2 months! I feel lean and gained strength on all exercises!

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing stopped me, I was eager to start! Now my husband is on it too.

What do you like most about the program?

It is simple and very straight forward. Plus it gives great results.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I’m never hungry and it is very simple to plan for the meals I eat. It also gives very consistent results.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I now have more energy, feel lean and strong. I also carry myself much better!

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

This program is easy to commit to. I am a personal trainer and struggled with being heavy my whole life. Nothing feels better than eating clean, getting healthier and being able to move about without being out of breath!

I am always open to learn new things and gain more knowledge. Mike makes this possible. What he share with others is years of experience and knowledge and I for one can’t thank him enough.
