What has happened so far on the program?

I’m currently on a cut, so I am focusing on weight loss. That being said, I have lost 24lbs of body fat, 4 inches off of my waist and 5 inches off of my hips. I’ve built definition in my arms, pecs and shoulders, and I can see my abs. My strength has maintained pretty constant – which is hard to do on a cut.

What do you like most about the program?

It’s easy to follow. Mike breaks down how the body works (all supported with real peer-reviewed scientific studies) and goes straight into what you need to do in order to accomplish your goals. It’s easy to understand, and it’s not muddled up.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

There’s so many books, gurus, and experts out there writing stuff; it’s very hard to know what is real, and what is BS. When I first saw BLS (Bigger Leaner Stronger) I was skeptical, but it was inexpensive and the author had made a lot of gains himself, so I gave it a shot. Afterall, there was nothing in it that seemed unhealthy or dangerous.

2. It’s fast acting. In the first 3 months I totally transformed my body – and am continuing to do so.
