How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

I went from around 17% at 163.5 lbs to around 10% at 149.2lbs, but you would know better.

What has happened so far on the program?

I lost around 14.5 lbs in around 9 weeks.

What workout split from the book did you use?

Neither. I used the Bigger Leaner Stronger diet and calorie protocol and a hypertrophy template from Barbell Medicine for my lifts. I am about to start lean bulking while using Beyond Bigger Leaner Stronger 5-day split. Very excited about the double progression.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing. It was very well priced and I knew the content was going to be incredible.

What do you like most about the program?

It is “paint by numbers” easy to follow and is very well structured. I cannot believe I lost hardly any strength during my cut.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

This was sooooo much easier to follow!

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

Definitely a confidence boost to know that I get that lean and stay strong at my age.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

Anyone wanting to improve their physique regardless of their age. I wish I would have had these books when I was in my late teens and early 20’s.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

The amount of progress you can achieve in such a short time is nothing short of amazing. Just follow everything Mike says and the results will come. This can assure you!

Did you use any Legion supplements?

No, but I am going to try the Whey+.
