What has happened so far on the program?

I’m feeling stronger even though I have been following your workout for only eight weeks it is way better than the others I have found on the internet. I have lost twenty pounds, 180 to 160. Bench Press I’m at 110 lbs, Deadlift 90-100 lbs, Squats 90 lbs, Military Press was with a machine it was 70 lbs.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing kept me from buying the book. I was not getting the results I wanted from other sites. One example is Fitness Magazine, they only had example workouts that did not seem to get me no where. I read your book and really understood your workout regiment and how and what to do to get the most out of it.

I do not think its hard, I think its awesome. I’m sticking to the Years One Challenge that was in the back of your book Leaner Thinner Stronger and I’m even telling my friends about it.

What do you like most about the program?

The workouts and how they are the same for eight weeks and you can increase your weights as you build up and then take a break for a week. The results are a lot faster then the other programs I have tried.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Mike’s is the best program I have tried and I’m very impressed with it. I love the diet as well. This has helped me a lot.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

Way more assured of myself. I do have more energy and I’m very productive at work too. My husband loves it 🙂

And my encouraging words would be no matter how hard it seems or how discouraged you get just keep pushing on, never give up it does happen in time. I still have a ways to go but I’m more confident now. No matter how old you are I’m a 49 yrs old women with two children and three grandchildren with one on its way in April. My motto YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

I tell everybody, men and women, buy these books. Read all the articles on the website. Read all the forum posts on the website. They answer 99% of all questions you’ve ever had about fitness and doubts you may have. All are answered honestly and consistently. They are your greatest tools. If you can’t find it in the website, one can reach out to Mike and he will help in the most sincere, no hidden agenda way. For me, this is truly the best program in the fitness world. Once you use all these then it is dependent on you to follow the workouts and the diet correctly. This is the largest challenge in any exercise program, to actually stick to it accurately and to commit. Most importantly to wholeheartedly not cheat yourself.
