What has happened so far on the program?

 I increased my weight from 154 lbs to 189 lbs on a bulk and then cut to about 164. Bench increased –  85kg to 110. Squats – 60kg to 120kg (never trained legs before reading the book) Shoulder press dumbell 30kg – 36kg Deadlift 80kg – 150kg (never deadlifted before reading the book)

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I had never used another program and the book was recommended by a friend who spoke very highly of it.

What do you like most about the program?

My favorite thing about Bigger Leaner Stronger is that it is a really simple program to follow and the book is enjoyable. It made me realize that even though I had trained for 3 years and thought I knew a lot about it, I actually knew very little.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Never tried other plans. I followed Scott Herman’s workouts. I like BLS because the workouts are quicker. No drop sets etc. I have contemplated Rob Ritches book though.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

More confidence 100%. People are always asking me how I got like this 🙂
