What has happened so far on the program?

In the beginning I went to the gym but I i didn’t feel sure how to work out and also I didn’t know how to eat properly so I spent years working out and my body didn’t change until I found the Bigger Leaner Stronger program and everything changed. In a few weeks I started to feel changes in my body, I had more energy too. Using the program, I have gone from 256 pounds (116Kg) down to 163 pounds (74kg) in six months. My body, my self esteem and my health have changed a lot and I know I can do even more.

What do you like most about the program?

I spend less time in the gym, so I have more time to rest and eat properly and this change made me change my body and increase my self esteem.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I was too fat so I had no hope of changing my body and it kept me away from the gym.

2) Many health problems caused by obesity simply disappeared when I lost weight.

I definitely recommend this program. It is easy to follow the program and it brings great results physically and mentally. Some of my friends are using it and they are also achieving great results.
