What has happened so far on the program?

I’ve gained 10 pounds of lean mass, and dramatically increased my lifts – my deadlift sets went from 175 lbs to 285 lbs, for example.

What do you like most about the program?

I love the simplicity of the weight training (lift heavy!) that makes measuring my progress a breeze. If you do the same lifts, with the same sets, and the weight increases every week, you KNOW you’re getting stronger.

What are three other benefits of the program?

I work and attend graduate school at unusual hours throughout the week, so it’s great to have a demanding, effective fitness plan that requires less than an hour a day. When I really adhere to proper nutritional guidelines I feel so much more energized, and that’s absolutely essential to maintaining motivation. And making this kind of noticeable progress has made me feel much more confident.
