What has happened so far on the program?

I have worked out everyday for the past 3 years, and most of the time I was trying to get bigger and leaner, but I was also afraid of losing my gains. I guess I just eat a lot, hit the irons and hope for the best. I realized the diet is about 90% of the thing.

What do you like most about the program?

I was able to eat things that I like, because it was a personalized diet, and most of all eating enough during a cut. I was cutting so much sometimes that my body was losing all the muscle, and soon I felt in a trap where I couldn’t get bigger or leaner.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Well I guess if it wasn’t for this book I would probably be stuck in my old me. Believe me, I’ve read 1,000’s of magazines and workout programs, so much information, and many of them contradicting each other.

What are three other benefits of the program?

Well I’m feeling fine, actually the best shape of my life at nearly 30. I feel more disposition for work, to go out and do other activities. My body is in balance.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Of course, too many of my friends. It is normal that they ask you how you get there, what did you do differently. You guys gave me a way. But like everything in life, it also needs a will.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

I’m very excited to start my bulk in 2 weeks, because that is something that I always give up in 2 or 3 weeks. I feel fat, or getting fat! But with this balanced diet, and these results, I will gave a 3 months chance.
