What has happened so far on the program?

I have lost 43lbs of weight in a little over 7 months. My resting heart rate has dropped from the mid 70s to the mid 50s. Even during the day after eating my heart rate sits around 62. My fitness level has improved incredibly, my strength has increased markedly, I sleep better, I eat less and my muscle size and tone is better than any time in the last 20 years. Even my confidence has improved. Jean size has dropped from 42 inches to 36 and I will be in to 34 jeans soon. Stunningly even my suit jacket size has dropped from 46 inch to 44 showing just how much fat I have shifted. I have gone from a BMI of 42 to 33.

What do you like most about the program?

What I like is that ANYONE can follow this program. I’m 46 years old and have not exercised that much in over 20 years and lost my spleen in an accident 10 years ago and even I have recognized amazing benefits in a very short timeframe.
