How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

4 months, sorry I didn’t take any measurements for body fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

Weight starting was 133 lbs to 121 lbs. Cut diet the whole period.

66 lbs bench to 154 lbs
132 lbs deadlift to 243 lbs
88 lbs squat to 198 lbs

What workout split from the book did you use?

5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I was fed up relying on personal trainers and thought I would try and educate myself on nutrition and training. Saw plenty of rave reviews of Bigger Leaner Stronger on Amazon and just went for it.

What do you like most about the program?

Within a month I could see fat loss and muscle definition and for the first time ever I saw ab definition within 2 months. The program was very digestible and I was able to get stuck in immediately after reading.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I’ve done 12-week programs with trainers and never come close to the results achieved with Bigger Leaner Stronger. Wish I’d had this years ago.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I’m absolutely more confident, able to dress how I want. I train at 6 AM and it sets my routine up for the day. I’m way more productive at work.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

Already recommended to several friends who have bought the book too, they saw my results and needed to know-how. I told them all just read this book, it’s all in there. You’ll not need anything else.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Don’t hesitate to change. Commit and follow Mike’s advice, don’t half-ass it. I know the results came as I was strict with the dietary info and kept my protein levels up. Not going too far with refeed days etc.
