What has happened so far on the program?

I have lost 13 inches in my mid section alone. I see my abs for the first time that I can remember. Now that I am in week 3 of my cutting phase, I have lost 17 pounds as well.

What do you like most about the program?

I like that the program has me constantly challenging myself. Once I reach that 6th rep on a particular exercise, I know it’s time to add more weight, and I am doing that a lot!

What are three other benefits of the program?

The program teaches you to discipline yourself to achieve results. The improvements I am making to my body with the program are reversing my type 2 diabetes.

The increases in energy and confidence are an amazing side effect of working the program as well.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

The question isn’t will I, it is to how many people and the answer would be, to everyone who will listen.

The program, and my success in it have inspired me to become a trainer myself and I currently have 5 people that I am training on the program (3 men & 2 women).

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

There is never enough I could say about Mike and his program. Bigger, Leaner, Stronger is a clear, concise & easy to follow program that produces results. Period!

Mike also has a genuine desire to help as many people as possible achieve their fitness goals. Rather than just selling products. The bottom line, the BLS and TLS programs WORK and anyone who says differently didn’t have the drive to truly achieve results!
