How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

4 months – I started out at 163 on April 29th and am at 141 currently as of August 13th (I have to admit I have not kept up with accurate body fat percentages).

What has happened so far on the program?

I’ve lost approximately 22 pounds. I started meal prepping and that has helped along with including protein shakes after workouts and watching my macros. My strength has progressed significantly – I feel stronger than ever, especially in regards to squats and deadlifts.

What workout split from the book did you use?

5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I thought it was honestly going to take up too much of my time and I wouldn’t have time to do other things I enjoyed. Getting into it though, I realized it wasn’t hard to devote an hour right after I got home from work to work out that I would’ve spent doing something less productive otherwise.

What do you like most about the program?

I like how if you really put in the time and effort, it’ll pay off for you and you will see results. I learned a lot about macros and really paying closer attention to how I’m fueling my body, as well as getting into a routine with what I’m doing set wise in working out. I’ve definitely learned consistency is key.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

It is by far the best book/workout book I have read and tried.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I feel more confident and am proud of the way I look. My boyfriend introduced me to the program, and we’ve really grown as a couple because we can bounce ideas off of each other, work out together, and encourage each other in our journey.

I’ve also become a mentor to other family members and friends who have asked how I’ve lost so much weight and how I look so good. I’ve referred 6 people now to the program 🙂
