What has happened so far on the program?

I began by using the cutting advice to get lean for a marathon, and then I made the decision in April to go the other direction and build muscle and sign up for an upcoming physique show next summer. I have had a great experience experimenting with how my body responds to nutrition and strength training.

What do you like most about the program?

Not spending as much time in the gym as I once did, and how flexible the nutrition component is.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

The doubts in my head that I could gain lean muscle quickly. Throughout my life, I was also lead to believe the myth that “high reps, low weight” is the best policy. This book shattered a lot of misconceptions I’ve had for years.

What are three other benefits of the program?

Increased energy, better sleep, and incredible strength that I have never had.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Yes, because it is simple and practical, the science is sound, the author provides several supporting research articles as evidence, the nutrition is very easy to tailor to individual needs, and the time spent in the gym is much more efficient. Thank you for introducing me to an awesome program!
