How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

I started the program in July 2018.

Before: 185 pounds. After: 165 pounds. Body fat %: unknown

What has happened so far on the program?

I began implementing the strategies in your book around a year and a half ago. The progress that I have made in one year is something I am very proud of. I started out your program as a soft and chubby guy who was embarrassed to take his shirt off.

I managed to burn away more fat than I thought possible and pack on pounds of muscle. My body does not look relatively close to the way it did just one year ago.

What workout split from the book did you use?

4-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I was always very skeptical of workout programs that swore to give you great results. Over the years, I’ve tried everything I could possibly find with no results.

It wasn’t until a good friend of mine finally convinced me to read your book and implement the strategies. I started noticing results after just a couple of weeks and I haven’t looked back since.

What do you like most about the program?

After starting the program, working out became one of my favorite hobbies. Prior to Bigger Leaner Stronger, working out was something I would always dread.

I now enjoy starting my morning off with a good hard workout. I feel exceptionally better physically and emotionally and have more energy than I ever have in my life.

I also love that these workouts do not take hours on end to complete. I am usually in and out of the gym in a little over an hour. Anybody can push themselves hard for one hour per day.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I was never used to working out in the 4-6 rep range. I generally kept my reps in the 8-10 range and never saw any results. I really enjoy increasing my weight and reps on my compound lifts and seeing strength in myself that I never knew I had.

For the first 23 years of my life, my diet was completely terrible. I now adjusted my diet according to your program to give my body fuel to complete my workouts and recover my muscles post-workout.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

As I said before, I used to be ashamed of how soft my body was. I had no muscle to be seen and I was always embarrassed any time I had to take my shirt off. If you were to ask one of my friends, I probably wouldn’t have been described as “fat.”

I wore baggy clothes every day to hide my chubby physique. I was the definition of “skinny fat.” I now have more confidence, self-esteem, and energy than I’ve ever had in my life.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I would recommend this program to anyone who is wanting to build a body they are proud of. Ditch the quick fixes, fat burners, and magazine workouts! Get on a program that actually works.
