What has happened so far on the program?

In three months, my body fat has gone from 22% to 11%. I quit drinking alcohol for the first time ever. I learned how to eat clean. I keep getting stronger every week with lifting heavy. I feel incredible self confidence for the first time in my life. I love the way my body is changing and like what I see in the mirror. Before I struggled to find one bikini that looked okay on me, now everything I try on looks great and I can’t decide which one to buy!

What do you like most about the program?

I no longer need to spend countless hours wasting my time on inefficient training like a hamster on a wheel that will get me nowhere as when I was training for marathons and long distance triathlons. I go in and out of the gym knowing exactly what my training menu is and am totally focused on my goal to have a better looking physique.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing because I needed to get off my ass and do something new to get over my depression from a heel injury from running. Intuitively, something about this man seemed different and he really seemed to really know what he was talking about. I had zero knowledge about bodybuilding but this book explains it all. Even my mother liked it too. Sometimes going into something totally unknown is the most fantastic experience of your life.

What are three other benefits of the program?

I am in competition with just myself and how heavy I can lift. I can do all the routines without a personal trainer. I know the training works because the mirror shows the results.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

If you are self motivated and determined to change your body into something beautiful for yourself then this book is for you.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

I would have hated to go through life without ever finding this book. Mike is one of the few people in this world who has inspired me to go for it all. I plan to train further to compete. This training has created a positive turning point in my life for me at age 50! I just started a friend on the program and plan to have my younger sister do it next. I live in Japan and I want to help Japanese women by showing and teaching them something new about bodybuilding because they have common misconceptions about it.
