How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

12 months of progress between the photos. Before photos, I weighed 144 pounds with a body fat percentage of 38%. In the after photos, I weigh 116 pounds with a body fat percentage of 20.9%.

What has happened so far on the program?

While on the Thinner Leaner Stronger program I cut for 1 year. For the first 6 months, I managed to lose 20 pounds which where I lost most of the weight. For the last 6 months, I wanted to continue to lose the fat so I decided to keep cutting. At this point, my macros changed and my calories went up a little since at this point I had more muscle mass.

What do you like most about the program?

In the beginning, I was not sure how the Thinner Leaner Stronger program was going to work and what to expect, but I was actually surprised how easy it is to follow. The best part is being able to tailor it to your own goals and being able to incorporate the workouts with the schedule that fits best to your lifestyle.

I started seeing results within the first 3 months especially in my midsection. The best part is when I started noticing my clothes were feeling loose on me. Also, the clothes that did not fit before I was able to start fitting in them once again and when I looked in the mirror I was happy for once in seeing my results pay off.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I personally have never followed any other program like this, but the diet was the biggest comparison to any others and life-changing. I have tried starving myself, depriving myself from the food I like, cutting carbs completely, and cutting sugar completely and the results were short-term but never did I keep the weight down.

Learning about macros and how they work and why they are important to reach my goals have taught me that I was completely wrong in the past. Now I know I can get the results I want and eat the foods I like without restricting myself.
When it comes to the workouts they were easy to follow.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

Confidence! I have never felt so confident in my life. I feel that if I was able to put in the work and consistency into my fitness journey I am able to tackle anything that comes my way. The best feeling is seeing how my body looks now and feeling amazing in my own skin.

I have never been a morning person and now this program has given me the energy to get up early, get my workout in, and being productive throughout the day. I use to dread working out but now it is something that I look forward too, I enjoy and it makes me happy.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

I wish I had taken more photos of my progress but they do help when you feel like giving up or not seeing the results as fast as you want them by looking back at them and realizing how far you have come.

I always felt discouraged when I looked at the scale and didn’t like what I saw. The best part is even though the numbers didn’t show what I wanted the way my clothes fit and how I felt were more rewarding. Stay consistent and dedicated. You can achieve anything you set your mind to and don’t forget great things take time and it will be rewarding in the end.
