How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

About 6 months of progress, current body fat around 11%, starting was 25%.

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut for almost four months and lost 27 lbs, and have been bulking for the last 2 months and have gained about 11 back.

My lifts progress:
Bench- start 85 lbs for 5 reps, current 175 lbs for 5 reps
Squat- start 100 lbs for 5 reps, current 255 lbs for 5 reps
Overhead press- start 45 lbs (empty bar) for 5 reps, current 120 lbs for 5 reps
Deadlift- start 115 lbs for 7 reps, current 290 lbs for 7 reps

What workout split from the book did you use?

5 Day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I thought it would just be another fitness guru trying to sell me garbage like I’ve had before, I was wrong!

What do you like most about the program?

The awesome strength progression!

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

The workouts are the perfect balance of intensity and volume, I ended up overtrained on other programs but not this one!

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

Way more confident, it feels great to be lifting more than other guys in the gym, to have people say I’m getting big and muscular.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

Anyone looking to build muscle and/or get lean.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

You can get big and strong! It’s just a matter of eating enough and putting the work in in the gym.
