What has happened so far on the program?

I started at 94kg and about 30% body fat. I’m am now 91.5kg and 17.6% body fat. I have lost about 13% body fat and gained at least 8kg of muscle.

Bench – started 65kg now at 100
Dead lift – started 60kg now at 140
Squat- started 60kg now at 130
Military press-started at 40 now at 65

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

My best friend (Lachlan Coleman) got me the book as a Christmas present last year. I am new to lifting and this is the first program I have ever tried. Due to the amazing results I have had so far this is the only program I will ever follow.

What do you like most about the program?

I really like that the workouts are not only challenging with intense lifting, but the program centers around short workouts which make it easy to fit into a busy lifestyle. I was surprised at how quickly and easily I achieved results.  Bigger Leaner Stronger is now a way of life for me.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

This is the only program I have ever tried. The diet is easy to follow by regulating my calories, macros, etc. and I can still eat most of the foods I love within reason.

I feel more confident in all areas of life. I  have more energy than ever before and have never felt better.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Don’t wait to start the program, JUST DO IT !!! The best advise I can give to anyone is to make the program a way of life so that it becomes a daily routine that is easy to maintain.
