What has happened so far on the program?

I have gained a noticeable amount of muscle mass and also a lot of strength. And that is considering that before starting the program I had already been working out for almost a year. For instance I started curling 18 kg (40lbs) dumbbells when starting the program in December 2013 but now I curl 22 kg (50lbs) in February 2014. This pattern goes for all the exercises. It’s exciting to witness such drastic changes in such a short time 🙂

What do you like most about the program?

The science behind it – and I can’t stress that enough.
