How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

3 months progress. The pictures were taken 1 month apart. I’ve only measured the weight and took pictures every week to estimate my body fat percentage.

Start: 186 pounds

1st month: 181 pounds

2nd month 175 pounds

3rd month: 171 pounds

What has happened so far on the program?

I’ve lost around 15 pounds while maintaining most of the muscle mass. In the past, I’ve experienced troubles with losing muscle mass during a cut – and thanks to Mike’s book I understood where the problem was! I maintained the weight now for 2 months and starting from November 2021 I’m planning on doing a lean bulk.

What workout split from the book did you use?

The 3-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I thought that I’ve seen it all and that it’s ”just another book” that will not give me any new info. During all the years of trying to get in shape, I’ve read a lot of material (that was always controversial) and nothing worked well for me. Until I stumbled upon Bigger Leaner Stronger. 🙂

What do you like most about the program?

I like that everything is explained in a very easy-to-understand way, and is also backed by scientific research. Thanks to Mike, I started to dive deeper into flexible dieting and doing more research on this topic on my own.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

The program was very straightforward – do THIS, because THIS is what science says about it. And it worked!

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I’m feeling that I have finally figured it out for myself – and the best part, that I get to keep this knowledge for my entire life! I don’t have to experiment with my body anymore, and it gives me this amazing feeling of freedom! Also, now that I see how easy it is, I can help others to do the same. 🙂

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I would recommend it to anyone, who still thinks that getting in shape needs ”ninja tactics”, ”hormone hacking” and ”special blood type diets”. It’s actually much easier (and enjoyable) we tend to think!
