How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

3 months. I was 231 pounds and 23% body fat and now, I’m 198 pounds and 11% body fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

Right now, I lost 33 pounds! I do a 40-min workout per day.

5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

The book helped me understand how to lose weight and gain muscle! In my opinion, the book is an indispensable tool to achieve my goal.

What do you like most about the program?

I honestly believed that this book would only give me tips! But I was surprised by the theoretical content and the result of studies from universities around the world!

The more I read, the more excited I was! The weight loss process was faster than I imagined and without sacrifices.
