How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

12 months 237 lbs 18%-20% bodyfat to 163 lbs 8%-11% body fat.

What has happened so far on the program?

So I came across bigger leaner stronger a few months into my journey and that’s the consistent progress really kicked off. I lost a total of 75 lbs since last April. My bench went from 225 to 275, my deadlift went from 285 to 350, and my Squat went from 175 to 225, and my Military Press went from 95 to 135.

What workout split from the book did you use?

5-day.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I heard about your book from Mike Catherwood’s podcast and he spoke very highly of it so I went and got it right away.

What do you like most about the program?

Yes following the workouts were easy and simple and I got results much faster than I anticipated.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I never had the formula to determine my TDEE, learning all about this was an absolute game-changer, as well as learning about progressive overload. So when I knew why I was doing what I was doing in the workouts, that made it easy.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I left my miserable copy machine sales career to pursue a career in personal training to help others achieve what I have and spread the good word of your teachings.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

Anyone looking to improve their overall health and fitness because you explain it in a way that anyone could comprehend while also going very in-depth with the mechanics of it all.
