How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

3 months. In the first picture, I weigh 172 pounds. And in the second picture, I was 168 pounds.

What has happened so far on the program?

I increased a lot of my weight lifting, from 44 pounds on a declined bench press to 63 pounds not counting the bar of course which has around 7 pounds. I combined a lot of calisthenics exercises as well with weigh, my biggest change was actually adding weight to every single exercise I do.

I personally don’t do much of deadlift and machine squats as I do have lower back pain which could lead to a hernia so I am always careful about that, so I usually replace it with free barbells.

What workout split from the book did you use?

5 day splits even though I was not going to the gym 5 days in a row as my work schedule is very unpredictable, but I work out around 5 times a week anyway.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

None at all, I always seek new information, and that is the way you can achieve anything in life a lot faster, as you learn from the ones that have already achieved what you want.

What do you like most about the program?

Simplicity, time consumption, and the fact that I lift a lot heavier now.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Before I would just use my made-up program hahaha which obviously was not as effective. I was mainly doing body weights and hitting the whole body in one session.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

It just makes me feel more powerful and in charge of my body shape and health, and I have recommended the Bigger Leaner Stronger to all my friends that seek help, as everyone sees the results people start asking questions. The number of people hitting the gym with some to none knowledge expecting to get the body they want is crazy.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

It is easy to follow, it is fun, it is short and you will the results a lot quicker.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

This book has changed my approach with fitness, I am a student of life I won’t stop here. There is so much more to learn, Bigger Leaner Stronger is not one read and you’re done.

But it is so well designed and simple to understand based on real science. I suggest you always seek more knowledge.

Did you use any Legion supplements?

No.
