How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

12 months. Starting weight was 195 pounds, ending weight was 166 pounds. Body fat percentage (estimate) was 25 percent, now I’m about 12 to 13 percent.

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut for the first six months losing about 20 pounds. I bounced back and forth from a cut to maintenance the next six months losing another 15 pounds. And while losing weight I gained 50 pounds on my bench press from 215 to 265. My squat went from 225 to 315, and my deadlift went from 245 to 335. My military press went from 115 to 155.

What workout split from the book did you use?

5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing really. I bought Bigger Leaner Stronger after listening to the podcast. Mike has integrity and honesty when giving out the facts. No smoke or mirrors just good structure and great programming.

What do you like most about the program?

What I liked about the program is that you can get it done in a short period of time and get great results and that means a lot for some of us that have busy lives.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

The programs I tried before were way too much volume and way too many reps and had poor structure. This program works!

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I have gotten more confidence, more strength, more motivation, and generally just feel better about life.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

Yes, I would recommend this program to anyone who is interested in changing their life for the better and getting in great shape. It’s not just the body but the mind as well. I have recommended this to probably about 100 people so far.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

This program works! Mike showed us that some calorie counting, macro counting, and a little hard work will get the job done.
