How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

2 years of progress following Bigger Leaner Stronger program
Before Picture – 156.2 lbs at approximately 17% – 18% Body Fat
After Picture – 142 lbs at approximately 11% – 12% Body Fat

What has happened so far on the program?

I initially began with a cut for 4 to 5 months and lost 29 lbs. I proceeded to bulk for the rest of the year as I wanted to get stronger on my lifts and put on more muscle. I now sit at 142 at approximately 11% to 12% Body Fat and have got stronger on all my key lifts.

Bench Press: 60 lbs – 154 lbs
Shoulder Press – 30 lbs – 132 lbs
Squat: 45 lbs – 315 lbs (Just Barbell)
Deadlift: 70 lbs – 352 lbs

What workout split from the book did you use?

3-Day Split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Before Bigger Leaner Stronger I was like any other teenager following bodybuilding magazine workouts and mostly following what other people at the gym advised me to do, while that worked for a while, I became stuck at a point where my body would not gain any weight or strength. This is the first proper program I’ve committed to and nothing kept me from buying the book and starting Bigger Leaner Stronger.

What do you like most about the program?

What I love about Bigger Leaner Stronger and the program is that everything needed to be done has a scientifically-backed reason behind it. The program is easy enough to follow once you got the basics and the results for me came faster than i expected.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

This is the first proper program I have started and I can honestly say it has taught me everything I need to build and maintain a healthy body for the rest of my life.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I am definitely more confident and have great energy levels. I am much more productive in everything that I do from studies to other activities. I believe when you have the ability to control how your body grows and functions, it gives you more confidence to do better and progress in all other areas of life.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I recommend this program to my family and friends because it is truly life-changing!

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

I would say that much of the current and future success of building a great body and having perfect health come down to building the right habits one day at a time. Once they are set, everything that was once hard becomes so natural 🙂
