What has happened so far on the program?

I started on the program early Feb this year, training at Zeus Gym in Swadlincote, Derbyshire. I started noticing changes in my physique within a few weeks. In fact at this point I had managed to bench 2×20 plates each side (this was an all time record for me). I had only ever benched a 20 + a 15 each side for years before that. I went on to be able to bench this weight for 3 x 5 reps during my bulking cycle. After about a month (March) I started the bulking diet and gained steadily in size and strength up until mid July when I started the cut diet. At this point I felt big and strong but I was carrying some fat and water with it. The next 12 weeks on the cut diet were pretty easy with no hunger and very few cravings. I made sure I had a really nice cheat meal every weekend.

What do you like most about the program?

It has got to be the 3 x 6 reps theory. Simple, but highly effective.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing stopped me I, couldn’t wait to try it out.

What are three other benefits of the program?

Quick workouts, the intensity of the workouts, the simplicity of the workouts.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Yes I would recommend this program because I have been weight training on and off for 30 years and have tried every workout and diet in the magazines and books and have never made the quality gains in muscle and strength as I have using Bigger Leaner Stronger. At 50 years old I never thought it would be possible to be in the best shape of my life (and still improving). The Bigger Leaner Stronger program is so good that part of you wants to keep it a secret. However you shared it with me Mike so it is only fair that I pass it forward.
