My name is Stuart, and I am a 41 year old software consultant from Dallas. I had been a casual runner off and on over the years but had never done anything more than casual weight lifting and had never made any significant gains. In addition, I had always equated eating healthy to eating light, which led to the roller coaster of alternating between starvation diets and pigging out.
