How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

13 months. About 20 for the first three pictures (estimate). 6% for the last three pictures.

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut for a good 13 months. I had a lot of fat to lose. I got real serious about my cut for the last 5 months.

I lost about 60 pounds.

My strength increased on all major lifts.

What workout split from the book did you use?

5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing kept me from buying the book. I was hooked right off the bat.

What do you like most about the program?

The program was very easy to follow. The results exceeded my expectations. I never thought I would be able to get that lean, that quickly.
