How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

12 months of progress between the photos. Before photos, I weighed 185.5 lbs with a body fat percentage of approx 35.

After photos, I weigh 131 lbs with a body fat percentage of approx 19 percent.

What has happened so far on the program?

I cut for 10.5 months and lost 55 lbs during the cut. For the last 1.5 months of the Thinner Leaner Stronger program, I stayed at maintenance macros and have kept my weight the same. I progressed on all of my compound lifts.

My upper body strength significantly increased within the last couple months of the program around the time I switched to maintenance and upped my protein intake slightly.

That’s when I noticed a significant increase in my strength overall as well. I hit new PRs in the last week of the program!

In total, I lost 55 lbs during the Thinner Leaner Stronger program.

What workout split from the book did you use?

5-day split.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing! The price was right and the reviews were amazing. I loved this program so much because it’s basic lifting techniques. Simple stuff that beginner lifters all the way to expert lifters can do!

All you customize is what weight to lift. You can easily progress in the program. Tailor it to what your body needs and can do. I also liked the simplicity and set schedule of everything.

What do you like most about the program?

The program was very easy to follow. Everything’s set and you just add what weight you can lift. I also liked the different split options so you choose what works for your schedule. So you have no excuses not to get your workout in!

I was seeing results immediately but didn’t visually notice any crazy changes until about halfway through the program. That’s when I started realizing “hey my clothes are a lot bigger on me now…” and towards the last couple months I noticed muscle tone which of course made me happy.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

Workout wise it’s much better. Other programs I’ve tried are all over the place and very confusing. Thinner Leaner Stronger was precise and to the point. It tells you what to do and in a specific order, you just add what weight you can lift.

Diet wise macros have been life-changing. I have tried almost every fad diet out there. Keto, low carb (not fully keto), Atkins diet, Beachbody diets, vegan, gluten-free, only consuming meal replacement shakes, I would even starve myself like eat less than 1000 calories a day thinking that would make me lose weight.

Macros taught me that I don’t have to restrict myself. Focus on the 80/20 rule of mostly nutrient-dense foods and you are set. Just make sure to weigh and log everything you eat.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

My confidence has skyrocketed. I’ve never been more confident in my life. I wear sleeveless shirts now! I can wear shorts without worrying or being self-conscious. Which makes me a happier person too. I’m no longer angry all the time, annoyed with my body or life. I get more things done throughout the day now because of all the energy I have. I’m overall a better person and mom to my son.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

Everyone who will listen to me or has asked me what I did! I have about 10 friends (maybe more) who have ordered the Thinner Leaner Stronger program so far and are achieving amazing results! I am so proud of all of them and happy I could recommend such a great workout routine!

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Don’t give up!! There will be a point where you feel like you stalled or what you’re doing isn’t worth it. Trust me, I felt that way several times. Especially towards the end. Motivation comes and goes. It’s the consistency and dedication that keeps you pushing. Take lots of before and during your journey pictures! I wish I had. When you feel stuck look back on those photos to see how far you’ve come.

Use your progress as motivation to get up and continue pushing. Stay consistent, stay dedicated and you can achieve anything you set your mind to! Great things take time and I’m so proud of myself for not giving up on me. Make yourself proud!!
