What has happened so far on the program?

So excluding all holidays I count that I have lost 12 kg in 3 months. Just like from the book, 1 kg per week. Have to admit I have lost my strength in the big 4 exercises, but looking forward to get back my strength and gain as possible lean mass further following Mike’s blog.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

I am a gym goer for 10 years and tried getting shredded last 4 Springs. Although last year I achieved quite nice physique, I wasn’t counting calories properly and had craving/overrating moments. I haven’t bought Mike’s book yet, but his blog is more than awesome. Following his advice I had the most pleasant time loosing fat, enjoying food and life.

What do you like most about the program?

Actually, I found the program after I quit my diet and didn’t actually follow it, but was simply reading Mike’s blog. However, I can confirm that Mike’s approach in unbelievable, sorry, 100% believable which helps anyone to loose fat and still enjoy life.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

I don’t even exactly remember what programs I was following. First one was simply under eating and starving, then Keto (low-carb, high-protein) and finally carb loading. With his blog advice you don’t need do any magic tricks, simply cut 20-30% of you daily maintenance level, still enjoy food and just listen to some advice which helps to push your diet to another level.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

Have to admit, what I have achieved made me extremely happy and bit sad. It made me realize that 10 year I was going to gym and wasting my time. I’m extremely happy now that I found this blog and feel on the right track.

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Mike and his team are not magicians and they don’t tell you completely new stuff which you can’t find on bodybuilding forums and other online sources. But they give you filtered information which will take you to the next level and will help to save loads of wasted time going the wrong way.
