Matthew’s Journey
Matthew was starting with no real fitness foundation. He needed a simple, easy approach to make changes that would last. During his first few months, his coach, Corey, made sure their main focus was getting into a repeatable routine that would produce steady progress.
Once that foundation was built, they shifted gears. For the next stretch of his program, their main focus was fat loss. Matthew successfully maintained his low weight despite a hectic schedule, and he even learned how to navigate multiple trips and manage his meals while on vacation.
Everything was going perfectly until the midway point, when Matthew faced a huge hurdle: he lost his job as an anesthesiologist. The sudden stress brought a lot of mental roadblocks.
Instead of letting Matthew quit, Corey helped him shift his focus. They used the fitness program to better his mind as well as his body.
