Many people want to know how we can get a better world. I want to know how we can deserve a better world. And I know that starts with giving far more to others than we take. More consideration. More service. More love. Because the person who lives on the emotion and effort of others–the sponge, the freeloader, the deadbeat–is really a consumer of human life, no better than a cannibal or parasite.

Transcript:
If someone can’t do a tough one hour workout, read a challenging nonfiction book, write an articulate essay on something they believe in, or cope without excessive amounts of food or alcohol, why should we care about their political well being? Opinions because democracy, bro, many people would exclaim as if it’s that simple, as if democracy hasn’t always failed and always for the same reasons, as if we should believe that it’ll be different this time, because, look, we have Botox and smartphones and antidepressants.
Look, my point is, if someone can’t take care of themselves, how can they possibly care for you? And me and the rest of us. No, you look, some people will say infant mortality and carbon monoxide emissions are down. Renewable energy consumption is up at least a little bit. The internet. faster. More people are recycling.
Yeah. Okay, cool. That is completely unsatisfying. Like a picture of oxygen to someone who is drowning because here in the West, people also watch an average of 38 hours of video content per week. They spend an average of One and a half hours on social media every day. They play an average of six and a half hours of video games every week.
They spend on average over 90 percent of their income. They are abandoning marriage and religion. They are collectively watching billions of hours of porn every year. They are collectively eating over. 84 million fast food meals every day, collectively spending over 230 billion on alcoholic beverages every year, collectively spending over 10 billion on marijuana and collectively smoking over 200 billion in cigarettes.
cigarettes every year while I might add spending just 17 minutes reading per day and mostly fiction and novels just under two and a half hours productively working per day and less than 30 minutes exercising per day. So tell me this, how do you create a high functioning society? Of low functioning citizens.
Oh, I don’t know. Maybe the same way you draw a picture in water or catch an eagle with a butterfly net or stuff, a cloud into a suitcase, or maybe. Just maybe reality doesn’t respond to lies. Many people, they want to know how we can get a better world. I want to know how we can deserve a better world. And I know that starts with giving far more to others than we take.
More consideration, more service, more love, because the person who lives on the emotion and effort of others, the sponge, the freeloader, the deadbeat, really. Is a consumer of human life, no better than a cannibal or a parasite. Many people, they want to see how much they can get from life. I wish they wanted to see how much they can give these days.
Many consumers don’t want to just buy. Transcripts provided by Transcription Outsourcing, LLC. Pitch usually goes like this, you take some kind of quiz that asks about your diet, exercise and lifestyle, and then you get a custom, and I’m putting that in scare quotes, protein powder or recovery powder or pack of vitamins or what have you.
And it sounds snazzy, and at least a couple of companies have made a lot of money. with that approach, but ultimately, as they say in Texas, it is all hat and no cattle. That is the individualized supplements, especially sports supplements currently on the market are no better than and often inferior to their well formulated quote unquote generic Now, one reason for this is most well formulated generic supplements simply can’t be meaningfully improved through superficial customization.
In basically every case, you would still wind up using most or all of the same ingredients and the same forms of ingredients even. And for the same reasons. And that’s why I have turned down several offers from manufacturers to set up and launch lines of custom pills and powders for my sports nutrition company, Legion.
It’s just too Fugazi for me. But, that did give me an idea. Instead of making pseudo personalized supplements, what if I created a special line of products for augmenting Legion’s existing supplements in very specific ways? For example, my pre workout Pulse is very popular. What if I had Something or a couple of somethings that you could add to pulse for an even bigger boost in energy focus and mood or even more power, strength and endurance that way you could build your own pre workout stack, so to speak, based on your needs and So that’s it.
Preferences. I liked that concept. Customers liked that concept. And so my team and I made it happen. We just launched two new products, Energy Surge and Performance Surge. And they were designed to be used with a pre workout supplement like Pulse to make it even better. Or to be used by themselves in place of a pre workout supplement or energy drink.
So for example, if you would like a stimulant stiff pre workout buzz with maximum focus and mood enhancement, then you will love my new pre workout energy stack, which contains energy surge and pulse. And you can find that over at muscleforlife. show slash e stack. It’s muscle for life. If, however, you are not a stim fiend, but you could go in for more power, strength and stamina in your workouts, then you want my new pre workout performance stack, which contains performance surge and pulse.
And you can find that over at muscleforlife. show slash P. stack. And if you’re an absolute mad lad and you want the full Monty, and this is basically everything I could ever want in a pre workout supplement personally, then you can get all three of these products in my new pre workout energy and performance stack, which you can find over at muscle for life dot show slash E.
P stack. Now you can use these new surge products by themselves to energy surge, for example, is a clean, healthier alternative to many energy drinks. And you can find that as a standalone product over at muscle for life dot show slash E surge and performance surge. That is a sturdy stim free and itch free because it doesn’t have beta alanine and some of.
Us fitness folk, we love the beta alanine itch. I’m one of them, but some people really do not like it. And so if you are one of those people, performance surge is going to be a nice workout enhancer for you. And you can find that standalone product over at muscle for life dot show slash P surge. And if you combine energy surge and performance surge, they make for an effective pre workout supplement that is quite unlike.
most other formulations on the market. So for my part, here’s how I like to use these new products. My pre workout base, so to speak, is now the pre workout performance stack. And I use Stimfree Pulse because I usually train in the afternoon. And unfortunately, midday caffeine borks my sleep. And so I just have some espresso in the morning.
And that’s it for me for caffeination throughout the day. And if I happen to train earlier in the day, and I want a little extra zing, then I add a serving or two of Energy Surge as well into that pre workout performance stack. So I have the Stim Free Pulse, the Performance Surge, and I might add Energy Surge if I’m training earlier, and I am not concerned about that.
With screwing up my sleep. And if I can’t get my paws on some good espresso in the morning for whatever reason, which is my preferred source of jitter juice, then I just will slurp down a couple of servings of energy surge. So while these new products certainly are not PRs in a bottle and they are not going to add another plate or two to the bar, they will.
Help you train harder, go longer, and finish stronger. And if you want to check them out but didn’t catch any of the URLs, you can find everything over at buylegion. com as well.
