How many months’ progress do your pictures represent? What were your stats for each picture?

Two years apart.

Gained 20 lbs of mass.

Body fat: 7-8% to 9-10%

What has happened so far on the program?

I am 25 years old and I’m at a point where I am lifting over 50% more weight on all of my exercises from when I first started.

When I started with Bigger Leaner Stronger, I did a slow bulk and I’m still slowly bulking and gaining more weight.

I have also made great progress on all of my lifts.

Dumbbell bench press: 35 lb to 60 lb dumbbells

Squat: went up 100 lbs

Deadlift: went up 150 lbs

I can’t military press because of a shoulder injury.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing kept me from buying it.

Once I realized my nutrition and diet habits weren’t good, and that I was doing way too much cardio, I did my research and found Bigger Leaner Stronger.

I was looking for the best book I could find, and this program hit the mark!

What do you like most about the program?

My favorite part was learning how to track my nutrition and my lifts. It’s always fun to try to beat last week’s lifts.

How does this program compare with others you’ve tried?

The diet was amazing! Once I realized how much great food I could eat, I was hooked.

My diet before was just a little bit of protein, so all the carbs and fats I discovered I could eat were amazing.

How has what you’ve achieved with your body changed other areas of your life?

I am way more confident. I’m not afraid of looking like a skeleton anymore when I take my shirt off.

I’m also way more productive and disciplined than before. I have tons of constant energy.

Who would you recommend this program to and why?

I recommend it to anyone and everyone looking to change their body and life for the better!

Is there anything else you’d like to add?

Just to continue to work hard and stay humble. Remember, the things you learn with this book are things you can take with you through your entire life.

You will learn to love exercising and eventually it will become the best part of your day. When I get out of bed in the morning, I get to do what I love first thing; giving it all in the gym!

That and a cold shower afterwards will change your life forever. 🙂

Did you use any Legion supplements?

I did not. I wanted to use the protein, but I am gluten and dairy free, so I had to find other stuff.
