What has happened so far on the program?

Clearly I have lost fat and kept the muscle I had. I only started to plateau when I cut my carbs down to 120g a day and on an 1800 cal diet on a 165lb man. I would say I had a solid 8-10 weeks of gaining before the plateau set in. It appears the extra calories (carbs) I have had in the last 2 weeks of bulking have me moving up and the plateau is vanishing.

What do you like most about the program?

It’s simple and to the point. No BS in it, just what you need to know to get the best results fast.

What, if anything, almost kept you from buying the book or starting the program?

Nothing kept me from buying the book or starting a new program. Most of the exercises the book recommends I was performing. I only changed 4-6 exercises for my entire routine. The toughest part was the nutrition factor but once I got in to the swing it was a piece of cake.

What are three other benefits of the program?

Well, the book was a very easy read and described everything from the ground up. The HIIT training that he recommends in the program is great. I really do not like cardio, but it makes it quick and it is very effective.

The last benefit would be that if you have issues, comments, concerns, and more Mike will respond pretty quickly to email. He was quick to respond to any questions or comments I had. That made it worth it all really, to have that at your fingertips.

Would you recommend this program? If so, why?

Yes, because it works! There are no super-sets, no crazy lifting techniques, nothing other than proper technique, the simple exercises that work and what is needed and lastly, it was easy to implement into daily life.

If you consider yourself a hard gainer try it, if you have been lifting for years, try it, if you are new try it. Whats 10-12 weeks or expanding your experience to get results and if it does not work as planned, what have you lost? I doubt it will be muscle.
